                There is a saying in Tibetan, “Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength. No matter what sort of difficulties or how painful an experience is, if we lose our hope, that’s our real disaster.”

Do you ever “get over” heart break?

Your heart beats, my heart beats,
you breath, I breath,
synchronizing into one, hearts beating in rhythm,
breathing in and out in unison.
Your arms – the safest, most secure place in the universe
the scent, the feel, all worries melt away,
I’m home.

Not supposed to need another to feel complete
but I have never felt more whole,
more alive, more in tune, more certain
all feels right and good in the world,
